SEWER INSPECTIONS & CLEANING

Sewer camera inspections, hydro jetting & drain cleaning for homes and businesses across Palm Beach, Martin & St. Lucie Counties. Call (561) 589-5800.

Slow drains and recurring clogs are usually a sign of something bigger in the line. We use camera inspections and professional cleaning equipment to find the actual problem — for homes, restaurants, multi-unit buildings, and commercial properties

Stop Guessing. See What's Actually in Your Pipes.

Most drain problems that keep coming back aren't really drain problems — they're sewer line problems. A slow kitchen drain might be grease buildup 40 feet into the line. A toilet that backs up every few months might be root intrusion in the main sewer line. A restaurant floor drain that keeps surging might have a partial blockage in the grease trap line.

A camera inspection finds the actual cause so we're fixing the right thing, not just clearing the symptom until next time.

We work on residential homes, commercial buildings, restaurants, multi-unit properties, and new construction sewer systems across Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties. In this area we regularly find tree root intrusion from the oaks and ficus trees common throughout the Treasure Coast, deteriorating cast iron in older homes and buildings, and grease accumulation in commercial kitchen lines. Knowing what to look for here matters.

Signs You Need a Sewer Inspection or Drain Cleaning

  • Multiple drains are slow at the same time

  • Toilets gurgle when you run the sink or shower

  • Sewer smell coming from multiple fixtures

  • Same drain has been snaked more than once in the past year

  • Buying a home or commercial property — know the line condition before you close

  • Water backing up in the lowest drain in the building

  • Older trees on the property — roots are the number one cause of main line blockages across the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach area

  • Restaurant drains slowing down — typically grease buildup even with a grease trap in place

What We See in South Florida Sewer and Drain Lines

Across Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties there are a large number of homes and commercial buildings built between the 1950s and 1980s that still have original cast iron drain lines. Cast iron corrodes from the inside over decades, and the rough interior surface catches debris and causes frequent backups. If you're in an older home dealing with recurring clogs, a camera inspection will tell you the real condition of your pipes before you spend more money on temporary fixes.

Root intrusion from oak and ficus trees — both extremely common throughout this area — is something we deal with regularly. The Treasure Coast's year-round growing season means root systems are active twelve months a year, not just in spring.

Restaurants and food service operations anywhere in South Florida deal with accelerated grease buildup due to the climate. Commercial kitchen lines in this region need cleaning more frequently than the same operation would in a colder state.

Services Challenges

Challenges & Solutions:

Challenge: Same drain keeps clogging every few months
Solution: We run a camera to find what's actually in the line — roots, collapsed pipe, heavy scale, or a belly in the drain. Then we fix the cause so you're not calling us back for the same problem.

Challenge: Multiple drains slow at the same time
Solution: When more than one drain is slow it's almost always a main line issue. We camera the main line, identify the blockage, and clear it with snaking or hydro jetting depending on what we find.

Challenge: Buying a home and want to know the sewer line condition
Solution: We perform a pre-purchase inspection, show you the footage in real time, and provide a written report you can use in the transaction or keep for your records after closing.

Challenge: Restaurant drains backing up despite regular cleaning
Solution: Hydro jetting removes the grease coating the interior walls of the line that snaking leaves behind. We can set up a recurring jetting schedule to keep commercial kitchen lines clear year-round.

Challenge: Older home with suspected cast iron drain line deterioration
Solution: A camera inspection shows the interior condition of the pipe — corrosion, cracks, root intrusion, or collapse — so you know exactly what you're dealing with before spending money guessing.
