Tiffany Erwin is the Project Coordinator, Drone Services, and Marketing Coordinator at Carhart Plumbing. Since joining the construction industry in 2025, she has become an integral part of the team by coordinating projects, maintaining communication with contractors, and helping ensure jobs stay organized from start to finish.
Tiffany also leads the company's drone operations, using aerial photography and blueprint overlays to document project progress and provide clients with a unique perspective of each job. In addition, she manages Carhart Plumbing's marketing and social media presence, showcasing the quality of the company's work and the people behind it.
Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Business Administration after completing an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Project Management. She also completed a year of coursework in Industrial Maintenance, specializing in AutoCAD, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and Robotics, giving her a strong technical foundation that complements her work in construction technology and project coordination.
Known for being responsive, dependable, and detail-oriented, Tiffany takes pride in building strong relationships with contractors, clients, and coworkers. She is passionate about combining business strategy, technology, and construction to improve communication, increase efficiency, and help every project succeed.
